Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sylacauga). They walked away with a 16-11 victory over the Fayetteville Wolves on Saturday. With that win, the Aggies brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

Sylacauga got a massive performance out of Hunter Mims, who scored four runs and stole two bases while going 4-for-5. Those four hits gave Mims a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Demarkion O'Neal, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one double.

Sylacauga was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .438. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fayetteville only posted a batting average of .250.

The victory got Sylacauga back to even at 9-9. As for Fayetteville, their loss dropped their record down to 13-7.
