Soccer Recap: Middle Tennessee Christian Drops Highest Score of Season Against Agathos Classical

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Middle Tennessee Christian). Everything went their way against the Agathos Classical Warriors on Thursday as they made off with a 4-1 win. Michael Geyer was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Middle Tennessee Christian's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7-2. As for Agathos Classical, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Middle Tennessee Christian will square off against Columbia Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Middle Tennessee Christian are facing Columbia Academy at the right time seeing as Columbia Academy are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Agathos Classical, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Forrest at 6:00 p.m. on May 1.
