Baseball Recap: Warwick Comes Up Short

Warwick and Roosevelt squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Warwick had to settle for second. They came up short against the Presidents, falling 6-0. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their loss to the Presidents from their previous meeting back in April of 2019.

Warwick dropped their record down to 8-13 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Roosevelt, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Warwick nor Roosevelt have any future games scheduled.
