Silver Creek is 9-1 against Salem since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Silver Creek Dragons will venture away from home to face off against the Salem Lions at 7:30 p.m. Silver Creek knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Salem likes a good challenge.

Silver Creek is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Bloomington South just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 73-63 to the Panthers.

Meanwhile, Salem was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 46-42 heartbreaker at the hands of Eastern.

Silver Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 16-3. As for Salem, their loss dropped their record down to 5-11.

Everything went Silver Creek's way against Salem when the teams last played back in February of 2024, as Silver Creek made off with a 63-40 victory. Does Silver Creek have another victory up their sleeve, or will Salem turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
