Soccer Recap: Cottonwood Comes Up Short

Cottonwood managed to keep up with Layton Christian Academy until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Colts came up short against the Eagles, falling 6-1. The defeat continues a trend for Cottonwood in their meetings with Layton Christian Academy: they've now lost three in a row.

Cottonwood's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Layton Christian Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-2.
