Basketball Recap: Everett Piles Up the Points Against Marysville-Pilchuck

Everett hasn't had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They claimed a resounding 51-17 victory over the Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks. With the Seagulls ahead 30-9 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Everett's win bumped their record up to 6-14. As for Marysville-Pilchuck, they dropped their record down to 0-19 with the loss, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Everett will venture away from home to challenge Stanwood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Stanwood will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Everett surely won't give up without a fight. Marysville-Pilchuck has already played their next game (against Monroe), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
