Baseball Recap: Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory Comes Up Short

Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory lost against Indianapolis Lutheran on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Braves fell just short of the Saints by a score of 7-6. The Braves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Anthony Suscha made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and fired off two home runs, three runs, and one double while going 3-for-3.

Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Indianapolis Lutheran, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory will head out to take on Roncalli at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Indianapolis Lutheran, they will venture away from home to challenge Covenant Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
