Chicago Sullivan had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 5-4 W against the Clark Eagles. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Eagles on Tuesday, they had to take a 4-2 loss.

The win got Chicago Sullivan back to even at 5-5-1. As for Clark, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
