Kempsville waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Tallwood Lions by a score of 48-38. That's more bragging rights for the Chiefs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory got Kempsville back to even at 6-6. As for Tallwood, their loss was their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-13.
