Volleyball Recap: Sumter Central Takes a Loss

Sumter Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Hale County Wildcats. If the Jaguars were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Sumter Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Hale County, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 3-11.

Sumter Central has already played their next matchup (against Linden), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Hale County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against American Christian Academy on the 7th.
