It was a good run, but Bloomer unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the McDonell Central Macks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Macks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

Bloomer's offense was headlined by Addison Mccracken and Brianna Jacobs, who picked up three kills apiece. Jacobs really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with six. Brooke Petska controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Leading McDonell Central to victory were Kherington Mosack and Chloe Flanagan. Mosack had nine digs and one assist, while Flanagan had eight digs. That's the most digs Flanagan has posted over her last six matchups.

Bloomer's defeat dropped their record down to 19-14. As for McDonell Central, the win was the 29th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 33-2.

Bloomer has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Thorp on the 7th. As for McDonell Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Fall Creek on the 7th.
