Volleyball Game Preview: Altha Wildcats vs. Blountstown Tigers

Altha is 0-10 against Blountstown since September of 2017 but things could change on Monday. The Wildcats will head out to face off against the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Altha will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

It was a proper cat-fight when Altha duked it out with St. John Paul II on Thursday. The Wildcats came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 3-1.

Altha was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 25 points. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0, 0-25, 25-0.

Meanwhile, Blountstown came up short against Florida State University High School on Thursday and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-15, 16-25, 25-20.

Blountstown's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Altha, their win bumped their record up to 6-8.

Altha might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Blountstown in their previous meeting on September 8th. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
