There's no place like home for San Diego, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Crawford Colts on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Cavers in their matchups with the Colts: they've now won six in a row.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-8, 25-19.

Among those leading the charge was Amaya Widener, who had eight aces. Those eight aces gave her a new career-high. Grace Weigel also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: San Diego was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 18 aces. They served seven more aces than Crawford's also-impressive total of 11.

San Diego's record now sits at 7-22. As for Crawford, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-19.
