Baseball Game Preview: Coachella Valley Mighty Arabs vs. Indio Rajahs

For the second straight game, Coachella Valley will face off against Indio. The Mighty Arabs will be playing at home against the Rajahs at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Coachella Valley is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Indio just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Rajahs by a score of 6-5.

For Indio's part, the team relied heavily on Isaiah Hurtado, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Those two RBI gave Hurtado a new career-high. Ricky Cordova was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Coachella Valley's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Indio, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
