Truckee waltzed into their match on Saturday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Grant Pacers.

Lyla Spear paced Truckee's offense, picking up three kills. Spear were helped by Makenna Hogland and Halle Creedon, who contributed four assists each. Madison Mclellan and Zoe Jackson kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with four aces apiece.

Truckee's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Grant, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-14.

Truckee has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against East Union on the 27th. As for Grant, they will challenge Cordova at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Pacers are facing the Lancers at the right time seeing as the Lancers are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
