Arete Prep owes their defense a big pat on the back after their performance on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Scottsdale Preparatory Academy Spartans, sneaking past 3-0. The win was nothing new for the CHARGERS as they're now sitting on four straight.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Arete Prep's defense and their seven sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Havilah DeLaughter and Evangeline Tiner, who racked up all seven sacks between them.

Arete Prep's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Scottsdale Preparatory Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
