CSTHEA had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. That's more bragging rights for the Patriots, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

CSTHEA had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-20, 25-11, 25-11.

Among those leading the charge was Avery Brennan, who had 12 digs and three aces.

Brennan wasn't the only good server: CSTHEA was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least ten aces in six consecutive matchups.

CSTHEA's victory bumped their record up to 17-4. As for Notre Dame, their loss dropped their record down to 8-11.

CSTHEA will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against East Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th. Notre Dame has already played their next contest (against St. Andrews-Sewanee), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
