Riverside is 9-1 against Spartanburg since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Warriors will host the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Riverside has four straight wins, Spartanburg has nine straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Riverside is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They never let Gaffney get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Thursday. Give Riverside's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Their offense was hitting Gaffney from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Lily Ziemer led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Spartanburg's offense. They lost 5-0 to Boiling Springs on Thursday.

Spartanburg's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Riverside, their win bumped their record up to 10-4-1.

Everything went Riverside's way against Spartanburg when the teams last played back in March, as Riverside made off with a 7-0 victory. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Vikings turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
