Austin Carlisle Dazzles in Ridge Point Victory
Starting off the list is Ridge Point's Austin Carlisle, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Carlisle threw for 125 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 92 yards and a touchdown on only five carries. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 69 yards.
Unfortunately for Fort Bend Dulles, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Carlisle. Carlisle threw for 239 yards and four touchdowns while completing 88.2% of his passes the last time he and the Vikings duked it out back in September of 2023.

Underclassman Tyson Craft Comes Up Big Against Fort Bend Bush
Underclassman Tyson Craft came into Thursday's game looking to prove himself and that's exactly what he did. He did his part (and then some), rushing for 132 yards and two touchdowns for the 'W'.
Fort Bend Elkins now has a winning record of 4-3. They and Fort Bend Dulles are set to duel on Friday.

Fort Bend Austin had to settle for second on Friday, but Will Herrmann sure wasn't going down easily. Despite the defeat, Herrmann was still balling out as he forced two fumbles and made nine total tackles in addition to snagging an interception.
Fort Bend Austin now has a losing record at 3-4. Herrmann and Fort Bend Austin will head out on the road to square off against Fort Bend Hightower on Thursday.
