Basketball Recap: Bristol Takes a Loss

After flying high against Maplewood last Tuesday, Bristol came back down to earth. The Bristol Panthers were dealt a 74-40 defeat at the hands of the Perry Pirates on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Panthers have suffered since February 16, 2024.

Bristol's defeat dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Perry, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-7.

Bristol didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 76-39 victory against Leetonia on the 22nd. As for Perry, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 71-60 win against Madison on the 15th.
