Soccer Game Preview: Culpeper County vs. King George

The Culpeper County Blue Devils will head out on the road to face off against the King George Foxes at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Culpeper County's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Thursday, Culpeper County didn't have quite enough to beat Chancellor and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, King George was not quite Riverbend's equal in the second half on Thursday. They fell just short of the Bears by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that King George have lost by just one goal.

This is the second loss in a row for King George and nudges their season record down to 3-5. As for Culpeper County, the defeat was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 2-5-2.

Culpeper County came up short against King George in their previous matchup on April 3rd, falling 2-0. Can the Blue Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
