Denver West extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from King Stancil. The Cowboys came out on top against the D'Evelyn Jaguars by a score of 35-23 on Friday thanks in part to Stancil, who rushed for 160 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.9 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 62 yards.

Denver West's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB 3.5 times. The team can thank two different players for their defensive prowess: Stancil and Saul Molina, who each picked up one sack apiece.

Denver West's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for D'Evelyn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-5.
