After failing to score in their last game, Unity Christian made sure to put some goals up on the board against Lutheran on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over the Lutheran Crusaders. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Unity Christian also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2023.
They hit Lutheran with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
BERKLEY AMORY (2),
HILLARY GRIFFY, and
BEKAH HOUSE.
The win got Unity Christian back to even at 2-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Unity Christian will take on Monticello at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lutheran, they will be playing at home against Unity Christian/Argenta Oreana/Decatur Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
