Soccer Recap: Cedar Cliff Takes a Loss

After flying high against Waynesboro on Saturday, Cedar Cliff came back down to earth. The Colts took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mechanicsburg Wildcats on Monday. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Cedar Cliff couldn't quite close it out.

Cedar Cliff's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Mechanicsburg, they now have a winning record of 1-0-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Cedar Cliff is set to face off against their familiar foe State College at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Mechanicsburg will square off against rival Chambersburg at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
