Volleyball Recap: Box Elder Takes a Loss

Box Elder lost against Bountiful back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bees lost 3-0 to the RedHawks. The Bees have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Box Elder may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 18 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18, 25-18.

Carter Buchanan paced Box Elder's offense, picking up seven kills. Buchanan got some help from Dallin McKee and his 12 assists.

Box Elder's defeat dropped their record down to 19-6. As for Bountiful, the victory was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-4.

Box Elder didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against West Jordan on the 9th. As for Bountiful, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Pleasant Grove on the 2nd.
