Baseball Recap: Wilson Comes Up Short

Wilson lost to Barker back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Lakemen fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 6-5.

Luke Howard was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. Braden Seeley was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.

Wilson's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Barker, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3.

While Wilson had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
