While Henrietta put up some runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Jacksboro. The Bearcats had just enough and edged out the Tigers 1-0. The game was the first time the Bearcats have beaten the Tigers on their field since April 11, 2017.

Not much got past Caden Frost, who gave up just four hits and racked up ten Ks to keep Jacksboro off the board. Frost has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Henrietta's win was truly a team effort as two different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Cooper Coleman, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Henrietta's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-9-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Jacksboro, their loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 14-4.
