Volleyball Recap: Grace Davis Comes Up Short

Grace Davis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Livingston Wolves. If the Spartans were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Wolves when the teams met back in March of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Grace Davis took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-12, 25-15.

Grace Davis' loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Livingston, they pushed their record up to 21-2 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Grace Davis is set to take on their familiar foe Ceres at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Livingston will square off against rival Central Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
