The Alcovy Tigers and the Forest Park Panthers combined for 11 shots on goal on Thursday, which explains the impressive eight total goals scored. Alcovy blew past Forest Park 6-2. Zariah Strozier was a massive factor in the win, as she booted in five goals all by herself.
Alcovy now has a winning record of 2-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alcovy will take on Lovejoy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Forest Park, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Dutchtown at 6:00 p.m.
