Soccer Game Preview: MacDonald vs. Pinewood

The MacDonald Condor will venture away from home to take on the Pinewood Panthers at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. MacDonald is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.3 goals per game this season.

MacDonald is likely headed into the contest with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit on Tuesday. MacDonald fell just short of Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit by a score of 3-2.

Kush Patel and Pedro Pineda Rodriguez scored both of MacDonald's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Meanwhile, Pinewood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Design Tech, falling 3-0.

MacDonald now has a losing record at 1-2-1. As for Pinewood, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
