Basketball Recap: Fallsburg Comes Up Short

Fallsburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They fell 48-40 to the Liberty Indians. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Comets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 48-32 back in December of 2024.

Fallsburg's record is now 1-11. As for Liberty, their win bumped their record up to 5-8.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Eldred the next time they take the court. Liberty will host Eldred at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Fallsburg will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
