Platte County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Truman, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-5.

Platte County has already played their next contest, a 70-62 loss against Lafayette on the 14th. As for Truman, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, an 84-50 win against Ruskin on the 14th.
