Legend lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Columbine, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's contest. The Titans blew past the Rebels, posting a 43-0 win. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Titans just coasted through the last quarter.

Legend had a senior duo take command as Dj Bordeaux threw for 284 yards and three TDs while completing 78.9% of his passes and Ryken Banks rushed for 145 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only nine carries. Another player making a difference was Ryan Iglesias, who picked up 99 receiving yards and one score.

The victory was the third in a row for Legend, bringing their record up to 3-0. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.7 points on average this season. As for Columbine, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Legend will face off against Arvada West at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Titans will need to watch out since the Wildcats have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Columbine, they will head out on the road to face off against Fossil Ridge at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
