Nokomis is 7-0 against Lincolnwood since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Nokomis Redskins will venture away from home to face off against the Lincolnwood Lancers at 7:00 p.m. Nokomis knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Lincolnwood likes a good challenge.

Nokomis is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing Sandoval: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Nokomis blew Sandoval out of the water with a 61-33 final score. The Redskins have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 26 points or more this season.

Nokomis' win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Hannah Tarter, who posted 12 points and five steals. Another player making a difference was Alivia Sabol, who earned eight points in addition to nine boards and three steals.

Meanwhile, Lincolnwood strolled past Ramsey with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 30-15.

Nokomis' win was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.9 points per game. As for Lincolnwood, their victory bumped their record up to 5-17.

Everything went Nokomis' way against Lincolnwood when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as Nokomis made off with a 45-19 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Nokomis since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
