Miller Grove took care of business in their home opener on Friday. They strolled past the Druid Hills Red Devils with points to spare, taking the game 26-7. The Wolverines pushed the score to 20-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Red Devils cut but never quite recovered from.

Looking ahead, Miller Grove is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Therrell at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Druid Hills, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Midtown at 7:00 p.m.
