Football Recap: East Syracuse-Minoa Has No Trouble Against Corcoran

East Syracuse-Minoa got themselves on the board against Corcoran on Friday, but Corcoran never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 20-0 margin over the Cougars. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 20 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for East Syracuse-Minoa and bumps their season record up to 4-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 31.0 points over those games. As for Corcoran, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.

Looking ahead, East Syracuse-Minoa will face off against Fulton at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Spartans will be up against the Red Raiders' rather soft defense (which has allowed 46 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Corcoran, they will be playing at home against Fowler at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
