Meanwhile, Bellflower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against Mayfair, falling 39-0. While losing is never fun, the Buccaneers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 893rd, while the Monsoons are ranked 129th).
