Volleyball Recap: Legend Titans vs. Mountain Vista Golden Eagles
Legend faced Mountain Vista in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Titans lost 3-0 to the Golden Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Titans of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.
While Legend was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Mountain Vista's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-19, 25-23.
Devon Guidici paced Legend's offense, picking up eight kills. Guidici got some help from James Titterington and his 35 assists. Finally, Addison Red kept Legend's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.
