Soccer Game Preview: Wilson Central vs. Cookeville

Wilson Central hasn't had much luck against Cookeville recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Wildcats will challenge the Cavaliers at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Wilson Central was handed a five-goal defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Lebanon 2-1. The victory continues a trend for Wilson Central in their matchups with Lebanon: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Cookeville hadn't done well against LaVergne recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday.
