Football Recap: Monroe Falls to Goshen in First Game of Season

Monroe unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 34-14 to the Goshen Warriors on Friday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it seven in a row.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Monroe will head out to take on Bishop Fenwick at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Goshen, they will venture away from home to challenge Hillsboro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
