Basketball Recap: Galt Takes a Loss

Galt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They fell 46-37 to the Rosemont Wolverines. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 62-41 back in January.

Despite the loss, Galt still got an impressive performance from Jayden Gaither, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 13 rebounds. Gaither is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted three or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Anthony Rose-Garcia, who posted nine points.

Galt's defeat dropped their record down to 1-22. As for Rosemont, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-10.

Galt wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 62-48 loss against Amador on the 4th. Rosemont has also already played their next match, a 58-52 victory against El Dorado on the 29th.
