Flag Football Game Recap: Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans vs. Palmer Terrors

Fountain-Fort Carson fell victim to Palmer and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 18-0 to the Terrors, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Terrors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-0 last Monday.

Palmer found their leader in freshman Noa Harrison, who rushed for 128 yards and one score while picking up 7.5 yards per carry, and also threw for 56 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Those 128 rushing yards set a new season-high mark for Harrison.

This is the second loss in a row for Fountain-Fort Carson and nudges their season record down to 2-6. As for Palmer, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-4.

Fountain-Fort Carson didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 33-23 defeat against Air Academy on the 24th. As for Palmer, they will challenge Colorado Springs Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
