Football Recap: Lucas Christian Academy Falls Short of Alpha Omega Academy in the Playoffs

Lucas Christian Academy and Alpha Omega Academy squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Lucas Christian Academy had to settle for second. They fell 46-38 to the Alpha Omega Academy Lions. The Warriors' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Lucas Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Noah Martin, who picked up 118 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Those 118 receiving yards gave Martin a new career-high.

Lucas Christian Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Parker Hall, Martin, and Pierce Horton picked up one apiece.
