Softball Recap: Gilmour Academy Lancers vs. Archbishop Hoban Knights

Gilmour Academy came tearing into Wednesday's match with four straight wins dating back to last season (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 runs) and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Archbishop Hoban Knights as they made off with a 13-2 victory. Fans of Gilmour Academy have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout.

Camden Dreiling made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching five innings while giving up just two earned runs off eight hits (she also didn't allow any walks). Dreiling was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
