Emma Flowers was her usual excellent self, scoring 12 points along with nine steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 15 games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ellie Roberts, who scored eight points along with four steals.
Fideles Christian's loss came despite strong showings from Laci Harkins and Jael Flinn. Harkins scored nine points, while Flinn scored eight points. That was a full 47.4% of Fideles Christian's points, marking the 13th time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Lanier Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Fideles Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6.
