Willis has been on a difficult stretch since their win on January 20. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of The Woodlands on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Willis can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 622nd, while The Woodlands are ranked 68th).

Willis' defeat dropped their record down to 1-10-3. As for The Woodlands, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.
