Soccer Recap: Trinity Valley Comes Up Short

Trinity Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Episcopal School of Dallas Eagles. While losing is never fun, Trinity Valley can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 612th, while Episcopal School of Dallas are ranked 94th).

Trinity Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-7-2. As for Episcopal School of Dallas, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Trinity Valley nor Episcopal School of Dallas have any future games scheduled.
