Soccer Recap: Conestoga Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Conestoga was not quite Standing Bear's equal in the second half on Monday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grizzlies. Conestoga have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Conestoga now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Standing Bear, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-9 record this season.

Conestoga wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 4-0 win against Auburn on the 1st. As for Standing Bear, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Hastings on the 29th.
