Mona Shores not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since April 19th (when they won 11-1). They put the hurt on the Montague Wildcats with a sharp 12-2 win. This was payback for the Sailors, who suffered a 15-14 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Lilli Baskin was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in strikeouts (four). She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
