David Magnuson leads Westlake Christian Academy to victory over Schaumburg Christian

Recap: Westlake Christian Academy Eagles vs. Schaumburg Christian Conquerors
The Westlake Christian Academy Eagles scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They walked away with a 66-58 victory over Schaumburg Christian. The win was a breath of fresh air for Westlake Christian Academy as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
David Magnuson was nothing short of spectacular: he scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Nieze, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds.
Westlake Christian Academy's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-12. As for Schaumburg Christian, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-12.
Westlake Christian Academy will take on Christian Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Schaumburg Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Parkview Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th. Hopefully Parkview Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 last Friday.
